3. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Continuity Systems does not store full credit card details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment data handling.

4. Data Storage & Security

Project-related information may be stored in secure email systems, encrypted local development environments, and trusted hosting providers. Client AI deployments are local to client hardware unless otherwise agreed. We implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

Client communication and project records may be retained for operational, tax, and support purposes unless deletion is requested. You may request deletion of personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].
